Over the next few weeks you will see that some alteration work is being done in both Health Centres. Where possible, this work will be continued out of hours, however there may be times where you will see and hear some of the work being carried out.
There may also be times when our Reception Team will have limited resources, so we ask that you continue to phone the Health Centre or use our online services wherever possible.
These changes are being made in order to benefit our patients, so we ask you to please bear with us and we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
