We respectfully ask that you do not contact the surgery to enquire about COVID vaccination certification, as we are unable to issue this certificate at the Health Centre.

Proof of your vaccination status will be available on the NHS App, through which you can access a great deal of health related information and guidance, as well as being able to order your repeat medications.
The NHS App can be downloaded from the App Store for iPhone, or from Google Play for Android.
Alternatively you can call the NHS helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you have received your second vaccination. Please be aware that the letter may to take up to 5 days to reach you.
