Online Services

The way in which prescriptions are ordered online has changed to a much improved system, called Systmonline.

To use this new service, you will need to register for ‘online services’ with the surgery and you will be provided with a username and password. This new system will also allow you to book routine appointments with your named GP.

Registering for Online Services

To register for online services, please complete our Register for Online Services form. Once completed, you will need to attend your usual Health Centre with photo identification (if you do not have photo ID, you can discuss with a member of staff any alternative options available to you).

The system will advise you when the prescription should be ready for collection and also allow you to request an order for any medication issued to you in the last 12 months that is not on your repeat list (please note that this request may be sent to your usual GP for approval).

It will notify you if you are ordering your medication too early (please ensure you put the reason why in the notes section) and it will also inform you if you are requesting a repeat item that cannot automatically be issued without approval from your GP (e.g. if you are overdue for a blood test or medication review). Again, please use the notes section but be advised the GP may not issue the medication. We will advise if that is the case.

If you have any queries about Systmonline, please speak to a member of our reception team.
